BRYANSTON

The studio in Bryanston is situated near the Sandton Clinic. Classes are taught by Elise Wright. She has been teaching for over 20 years. The emphasis in all classes is on HAVING A GREAT TIME and learning moves that you can do when you go out.

Dance classes are held at the Studio in Bryanston on a week nights with booked hours from 18h00 to 22h00. Classes are group lessons and private lessons. We teach a combination of Ballroom and Latin American. Dances taught include Cha-Cha, Salsa, Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot, Hustle, Tango, Jive, Samba, Rumba and nightclub twostep. For group classes the same group of people are in class together and we all learn together slowly with lots of time to practise in class.

A New Beginner's Ballroom / Latin American dance class is  starting on Wednesday 7 September 2016. The initial cost is R1 000.00 per couple   (September and joining fee). Fees of R750.00 per couple per month thereafter  are then payable starting 1 October. To book phone 083-228-0034. Space for 3 couples.

Ballroom - Dances taught in class include Foxtrot, Hustle, Salsa, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Tango, Waltz. We start with the Foxtrot the first lesson then carry on with the Hustle the next lesson after doing some revision of the previous lesson. We then learn the Waltz and move onto the Cha-Cha and Salsa in the next few lessons. We don't learn a lot in each lesson but spend quite a lot of time practising so that you can remember what you learnt and apply it when you go out and party.
